健康企業宣言/Health Management Declaration
日本レディフュージョンは、本日「健康企業宣言」を行い、加入する東京都報道健康保険組合にその趣旨を届け出ました。来年度以降に「健康優良企業」の認定を受けることを目指します。
当社は、BGMや映像音響システムデザインや施工に、高品質のサービスを提供することを目指しています。従業員のウェルビーイングはその基礎となるものと考えております。ウェルビーイングの土台とも言える、従業員の健康の維持増進をさらに進めるためのわかりやすい指標としての認定制度に賛同するので、今後、「銀の認定」「金の認定」を目指すことにしました。
Today, Nippon Rediffusion Limited made a ‘Health Company Declaration’ today and notified the Tokyo Metropolitan Press and Health Insurance Association of its intent. The company aims to be a Certified Health & Productivity Management Outstanding Organization in the coming years.
Our company aims to provide high-quality services for background music and audio-visual system design and installation. We believe that the wellbeing of our employees is the foundation of this. We have decided to aim to be certified in the future because we agree and support the certification system as an easy-to-understand indicator for further promoting the health of our employees.
